Welcome to Scapedia ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scapedia mobile application and related services ("Services").


By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scapedia.


By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use the Services under applicable laws.


2. Account Registration and Authentication

To use Scapedia, you must sign in using a supported third-party authentication provider, such as:

  • Google
  • Facebook (Meta)
  • (Apple Sign-In may be added later)

We do not support anonymous accounts at this time.


You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.


3. User Data and Progress

Scapedia stores user-generated data such as:

  • City layouts
  • Progress rewards
  • App usage data linked to your account

This data is associated with your authenticated account and stored securely using third-party infrastructure providers.

4. Third-Party Services

Scapedia may integrate with or reference third-party services, including but not limited to:


Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Scapedia is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party services.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access or manipulate other users' data
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the App's systems
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities intentionally

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


6. Account Deletion

At this time, self-service account deletion is not available.


If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you may submit a request by contacting us (see Section 10). We will process reasonable deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws.


7. Availability and Changes

Scapedia is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.


We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features or integrations, without prior notice.


8. Intellectual Property

Scapedia is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.


All content, design, graphics, and functionality of Scapedia are owned by the developer unless otherwise stated.


You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scapedia shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of progress
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
